Erez College

The Erez College is a unique college that maintains an ongoing dialogue with hundreds of industrial plants. The College assists in the acquisition of knowledge and skills, with which both employees and managers gain professional development and pride. The Erez College is a partner of “Spirit of the Galilee” and it leads the advancement of the productive industry 4.0 in the Galilee by training employees and implementing innovation.

The STEM Program

It incorporates a broad gamut range of programs within the fields of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics that are integrated into the education system in all the schools in Nahariya, this in order to train and prepare children and youths for tomorrow’s world of employment.
For this important educational activity, we teamed up with the Rashi Foundation, the ORT Network and other partners, led by the Municipality of Nahariya, and after a year of carrying out mapping work, the work program for the next 5 years was launched, in which two flagships were defined – education provided by a quality employment institute and excellence in education.

“Aharai” (Follow Me) Tech

The “Aharai” (Follow Me) Tech program, a program that constitutes a connection between the 8200 Alumni Association and the “Aharai” (Follow Me) Non-Profit Organization. The program’s objective is to promote equal opportunities, social mobility and provide technological skills and personal development for youngsters from the geo-social periphery of Israel. The program was established with the understanding that knowledge and technological tools and constitute a substantial springboard, expand the ability to choose and enable social mobility for youngsters from the periphery. Another objective of the program is to empower youths by promoting technological literacy, a significant experience of mutual responsibility and social involvement values as well as guidance towards meaningful service in technological roles.
We are working to expand the program in Nahariya as well as in the entire Western Galilee.
